The Introduction foundations in one weekend: ollie, nollie, nose and tail press, butter 180 and your first front 180. For riders who already ride well and only need the trick foundations. Same pass standard as the 4D3N camp, with less repetition time, so you should be comfortable on blue runs before you come.
