Returns

We hope that you love your order! However, if for whatever reason you need to return an item, we are more than happy to offer you an exchange or refund within 30 days of purchase. All returns must be accompanied by a copy of your proof of purchase. 

Please note we are not able to cover the cost of return postage unless the item is faulty and sale items are non-returnable.

Returned items should be unused and unworn. We will issue a full refund upon receipt, excluding the original delivery charge (there may be some exceptions). Your refund will be processed 48 hours after we have received your items. Your credit card company may take 4-7 working days to credit your account. If you would prefer an exchange item then we are more than happy to do this. 

We recommend that you send the parcel using a delivery service that insures you for the value of the goods. The cost of returning the item is your responsibility. The cost of the delivery charge is only refundable if your product is faulty.
