Love Never Fails – 1 Corinthians 13:8

We’ve all felt at times that we aren’t loved. We’ve sat, thought, wished and prayed that we would always be loved. That we would wake up and see love surrounding us, that we would feel loved and be loved daily.

But the truth is you’re already loved. You’ve always been loved.

Unfortunately, many of us don’t feel loved. Many of us wake up feeling alone and broken. Walking around, feeling down because we feel as if no one cares. We feel as if, if anything were to happen, we would have to face it on our own, because no one loves us enough to face it with us.

The truth is I used to feel like this…

I used to feel so alone. I used to feel so unloved. But then when I started to discover more about Jesus for myself, I felt a sense love, I felt a warmth in my heart and a light in my life. When I knew Jesus… that’s when I knew what love was. Real love. That’s when I began to feel loved daily. Even in the hard times. What I had to realise is that He loved me before I knew Him. He loves me now. And He will always love me. No matter what. It took me time to realise it, but I’m so glad that I did.

And It’s exactly the same for you…

Jesus loves you. He always has and he always will. It’s not just a seasonal love. It’s love that will last for eternity. It’s love that is unconditional. To Him it doesn’t matter who you are, what you’re going through or what you’ve done, He loves you because you are His child. To Him you are everything and more. He doesn’t care how much you know him right now or how unknown He is to you at the minute… He loves you. He longs for you to meet with Him, to build a relationship with Him and to discover His everlasting love for you.

You are loved. You always will be loved. He will always, always love you… no matter what. He loves you.
