ESC Team

About ESC Team

Every ESC host is **personally vetted** by our team and certified to recognised international snowboard instruction standards (JSIA, CASI, NZSIA, BASI or equivalent). They've passed our own teaching assessment and ride alongside the ESC lead team to keep delivery consistent.

The exact instructor for this departure is **confirmed closer to the trip date** — but whoever you ride with, you're guaranteed the same ESC standard: small-group focus, clear progression, and a coach who can actually teach.
